Best way to check the kind of table accesses for security?

Hi all,

I am trying to set up robust security in a classic client (Nav 2009).

Currently, all accesses in the roles already configured are set to Yes.

Is there a way to check whether I could set some of them to Indirect?
Setting all to Yes still creates big holes in the security.

How should I configure the client monitor to check these accesses?
Are there other ways to configure security?
