Depreciation calculation

Dear All,

Need Help...

I want to calculate depreciation with one of my Fixed Asset. I want to calculate depreciation
on 100Rs but system calculated depreciation on 90Rs. dont know how to do it. calculation
method is straight line.

FA Opening value 100
__

Opening Depreciation 10
Current Value 90

    are you really talking about straight line or declining balance ?
    check your fixed asset card.

    Yes sir i m talking abt same...Actually i have uploaded manual opening balance with Entry Type Acquisition Cost and Depreciation.

    Yes sir i can provide data...i have attached FA Ledger Entry for your reference.

    Everytime it is calculating depreciation on 4420 But it should be calculated on 5458 as it is
    Acquisition Cost of that perticular Fixed Asset.
