Test database - test field relationships between tables

I am running the database test - test fields, and it keeps crashing.
If I write the results to the event log, I can see how far it got, but the results are hard to read. (We have a huge amount of errors.)
If I write to a file, it does not create it when it crashes. Sending the errors to the screen takes too long - have to press return after each one.
Does anyone have a tool that can test for length problems in field relationships without crashing?
