How to change windows language through navision using C\AL language without changing it manually from Regional and Language Option?

This functionality is available on reports/form
CurrReport.LANGUAGE := Language.GetLanguageID("Language Code");
CurrForm.LANGUAGE := Language.GetLanguageID("Language Code");
If you want to do it application wide Take a look at CU 1 loginstart
you change the GLOBALLANGUAGE variable.

If you want to change all navision in new language then you should use Language Module of Nav.
