Dynamics Nav 5 and Outlook integration

Hello guys,
These days i have tested integration between Dynamics 5 and MS Outlook(Office 2003). After half day and errors reinstalling I manage to make it work. But still for me doesn't look like is a stable product.
If someone else use integration Nav 5 and Ms Office Outlook 2003 and can share his experience.
Nobody use Outlook 2003 integration with Nav 5 ??
