RTC reports changes are not reflecting into the clientmachin

hi experts
I have created a custom report in classic client and deleted its RDLC layout .
And I have modified the report. The modification is being displayed into the server when i am opening it into Role tailor client. But when client's are opening the same customised report the changes are not reflecting into the RTC .
plz suggest me why this is happening.
is some configuration require.
plz guide me and provide the steps

2.try by restarting the Nav Server Service and Webservices service..
