How to calculate TAX on TAX

Can anyone help me on how to calculate tax on tax on default NAVISION 2009 sp1.

What about your NAV localization ?

Well in sri lanka we do not have such a localization.Since we need to setup TAX we have two tax types VAT 12% on top of that we need to calculated NBT(Nation Building tax ) 2%. Can this be done in defaulft navision VAT posting setup.Am using MS NAV 2009 sp1


Please help.
