restrict the purchase lines

well i am using navision 6.0sp1 in one purchase order more then items will be passed.

But my problem is items verifing too late ,thats i am asking how to restrict the purchase order

lines my peoples update purchase order through excel .

Dear experts ,
the purchase orders has taking more then 100+ items while verfiing and receving and sending it was creting huge time , we would like to restrict one purchase order only for 50 lines only and rest has to do another one it has go like this .
My category tem is updating the purchase orders through an excel sheet or manually ,if any way they did it has to restrict for the 50 lines only.


could you help on this ...

This required a little customization. only the simplest way to do this while importing (if you are using dataport i suppose) purchase lines put a check if no. of lines are more than 50 for a order.you only need to count record for a order.
