Error message while importing text file after upgrade

After upgrading Navision 4.03 to 5.0 then from 5.0 to 6.01, my team is trying to import the text files from the developer's toolkit. Some of the text files are not importing as we are getting this error msg :

For example : Your program license does not permit you to delete the Outlook Tasks Folder Path field in the
Salesperson/Purchaser Table. Contact your system admin. to update your program license

Or

For example : Your program license does not allow you to create the job sales adjustment account field in the job posting group table. Contact your system admin. to update your program license

These are the error messages we are getting each time. We have observed in the developer's toolkit that these fields have been deleted automatically.

Have you search the forum? Problems regarding permissions and upgrade were already described few times... Adding new fields: through importing FOB and using Merge option. Removing field - hard to do...
