WIP Not Completely Cleared When Status Changed to Finished

I noticed that in some Finished Production Orders, the WIP account is not completely zeroed out. A small amount is left in WIP. Should I expect WIP to be cleared fully everytime production order status is changed to Finished, or are there situations where this occurs expectedly?

If the components are all fully invoiced, and you have run adjust cost, and post cost to GL, it should clear WIP, If it's not, then contact your partner to look which version you have and if there is a fix.

You don't have any semi finished goods in production that have been output and not consumed onto anything (Or written off or transferred to another location)?

I've seen in older version but not in 2009 sp1. In adjust cost posting there is a function that checks if there is wip to be posted. A developer can debug it for you.
