problem posting service shipment

During the posting service shipment process, my users encountered and error(locked by another user).

The problem is the service orders are posted .. but the service shipment is not. I can't repost the service shipment because the service orders are already posted.

Is there a manual way to post a service shipment? or is there a way to unpost the service orders so I can post the service shipment?

Any help would be appreciated!

    Since this error is the result of a deadlock (which is strange) I would suggest that, if there were no entries created, you manually correct the order(s) and post again.
