LockTimeOut & Blocked of Session Information in NAV 4

Dear all,

I am using Navision 4.0 Build 19365 with 1 database server and 1 terminal server.
I cannot find tab Advance and LockTimeOut setting in Alter Database of NAV 4. How could I set locktimeout in NAV 4?
When the NAV is not responding, I'll try to check Session Information, but I don't see any Blocked or Blocking User ID. How could this happen?

    I think that these parmeters were added in later version - ServicePack 1 or 2. You need to do technical upgrade if possible.

    There are so many modification in NAV 4, so it's hard to upgrade..
    There is no other option, isn't?

    You can still do the "Technical upgrade" - installing newer client, and opening the old database with it (ask your partner for more info). You do not need to do "full upgrade" - including the application objects.
