I have good experience of RTC reports development and form to page transformation

I can develop RTC reports from the start point itself.

Which Certification should i go for?

That's up to you really. Decide what you want to do and figure out which certifications you want to study for. Your boss might have an opinion on that too, so I'd say talk to them too.

Correct. There is no current exam that is ONLY RTC. If you want to get a development certification you have to know how to develop for Classic as well.

Can anyone suggest me how can i get the preparation material or specifically the link where i can get the preparation material for this certification.

The training material can be downloaded from customersource. If you work for a partner it is on Partnersource, but only if your boss paid for access to training material.
