NAV 2009 R2 - Create Company and No Company Objects Created

I'm doing a new install of NAV 2009 R2. When I create a new company there are no company objects created. What do I need to do to get the company objects created?

The only objects in the database are the system tables like User, Member Of, etc.. There are no other tables, no forms, no reports..

I'm guessing I can just export all the objects out of the demo database and import them into my new database and then initialize the company?

Tell me exactly all of the steps that you took to create this new company. Don't skip any steps, tell me everything. At every step, describe to me exactly what it is that you are expecting, and what actually happens.

Sounds like he created a new database and not a new company.

I also thing so he did created a database instead of company and saw these tables.
