ADCS on virtual servers (latency issue)

I have a customer running NAV2009R2 Classic and they use ADCS for several different things. They are telling me that ADCS is slow (2-3 seconds) per action. I have checked there ADCS version and they are runnign 6.0.32012...... They are also runninf the NAS on a virtual server.... I have tried everything I know, restarted the NAS, restarted VT100, optimized all there tables.
Does anyone have any info on other things that might cause this... Any help wouldbe greatly appreciated...
