Issue with My Notifications

Hi all,

We noticed an issue with the my notifications section. The user login to the system with DOMAIN\username. When they create a new note and click on Notify NAV creates an entry in the record link table but without the domain. And then the notification is not shown to the users.

Any ideas what we could do? One workaround I could think of is to add some code on the Record Link table to automatically add the domain to the User ID. But this is not the nicest way how to solve that issue. Any other ideas?

    Update to the question above: it seems that the users in the dropdown where I can select the users to notify are not shown on all clients. On some clients I can see all users and on some clients I cannot see any users. That is weird. Is there a page for this section I could debug?

    My Notifications is a system part, so you couldn't change it even if you found an issue.

    Have you tried to apply KB 2553711 ?

    It adresses a problem not unlike yours
