How to create Global Views in NAV 2009 RTC

Hello All,

How can I create Global Views as shown in attached screen shot which is bydefault provided by Microsoft on Role Center in RTC ? Please see the attached screenshot for more detail.

Any help is appriciated..

Will it be visiable to all User having same role center ?

My requirement is that I want to create Global Views using administrator that is visiable to all user having same role center.

the answer should be yes, but remember that RTC's users can customize the client.
it means that, as you can see in waldo's blog they can remove the view you have created.

Well, only if you create the view while in configuration mode.
Start up using e.g. "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\70\RoleTailored Client\Microsoft.Dynamics.Nav.Client.exe" -configure -profile:president
- and remember to set yourself up as owner of that profile before.
