    No, I don't think so. Stratus is a generic solution, this one is specific for these services listed (check their webpage).

    This seems a pretty cool and simple application. I wonder how it works with customizations, though - especially if you customize any of the lookup fields. I figure it works pretty well with standard NAV.

    A webservice has some standard functions read, write, list, etc. which are all public. So a program which reads the wdsl into memory can handle these fields/options/columns. It doesn't matter what table you use.

    I guess stratus goes further because it reads from the metadata too.

    That's true, but WSDL doesn't tell you which fields are lookups, and where they look up information from.
