NAS Install Configuration

We are using NAS to process our web orders through eCommerce and we are finding some difficulty in getting our new NAS to cooperate. We are currently on NAV 5.0 SP1 moving to NAV 2009R2 Classic Client. Does anyone have or can point me in the direction of some good documentation on how we should be installing and configuring NAS? We have checked the service accounts, ensured that the NAS service is running, and yet the orders make it to the queue but are never picked up and processed by NAS.
