Filtering Lookup form

In Document form , ie in subform i have to lookup based on header feild and subform lookup form feild through code i have to filter the lookup form in onlookup form trigger i have to write code and written to run the form ,form in runing but it is not filtering so how to filter the lookup form through code .Can any one tel me .
