RTC Performance issues with automation

The earlier automation I created can be now run from Classic and RTC clients but there is a slight problem.

Somehow when we run it it takes forever with (30+minutes) in rtc client but in classic client it takes 5 to 10 seconds like it should, its very simple query.

The automation imports invoices from a foreign database, for stress test I imported everything 50000lines++

On this part I'm not even validating the values to Navision, it just imports them to a temporary table.

SQL server, Navision server and the client are on same windows server on this setup. The query doesnt even take 10% from one of the server cores.
Its just somehow very slow on the RTC client :-k
