Fill 'Amount' and 'Amount Including VAT' on Sales Header

According to NAV help,:

This field displays the sum of the amounts in the Amount fields on the associated sales lines.
The field is updated automatically each time the net amounts on the lines are changed.

I'm not sure if I miss a setup, but the field never have any amount filled (open, released sales order).
The 'Amount' and 'Amount Including VAT' stays on '0'.

If you view at the ZOOM then the above field values are Zero, add the fields to any tab in a form and check.
