EXPORT Customer Ledger Entries lignes and filed name

hi,

I use NAV version 5 and I want to export the table "Customer Ledger Entries" to excel with dataport ,so i created dataport with the dataitem "Cust. Ledger Entry" .
when I export i have only lignes but there is no filed Name. and need to have description of each columns
what i have to do to export lignes and there fields Name?
I NEED A EXCEL FILE LIKE THIS PICTURE

Hi think for help
but when i try to spécify the fileds on Dataport design For Integer dataItems and save the dataport a message error is shown(picture 1)
i can't understand how can we specify fileds that don't exist on Integer dataitem ??
the message mean that he dont konw "Cust. Ledger Entry"! :?:

i have one second problem when the date is exported i have a caracter that is changed look the picture
i have a codunit to convert asci to ansi but i dont konw where use it on my data port
can you help me plz
