Page set up issue during preview of RTC reports.

I have developed set of basic reports in RTC.The report works fine when I preview the report it displays correctly,when i click page layout and see the report the report displays looks fine with all columns printing ,but the problem is when I click print layout it defines the following property as Paper A4 along with its margin value after I say OK to that print setup the report preview is out of box ie the entire view of report changes which cuts either final 2 or 3 Columns. ](*,) .
The margin setup is same as defined in VS report,but VS its defined as cm but in print as inches.
Do provide me a solution. ](*,)
