HY000 Error Occoured while loging to navision

Dear all
I m using NAV 2009 SP1 IN Version with SQL Server 2008 Database.DB size is 19 GB.When I m Login to navision it give error .
The Following ODBC Error occured:
Error: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver],unspecified error occured on SQL server.Connection may have been terminated by server.
State ID:HY000
Please let me know the cause of this error and solution of this error
