Export NAME and corresponding CAPTIONML to flat file

Hi, all

Can anyone suggest how could I export values of NAME and corresponding CAPTIONML values of table fields (I need all tables)? Doesn’t matter – TSQL, from Navision or using libraries (but which one?).
