NAV Help on Win 7

Hi
On XP we sometimes had to use this fix to bring NAV Help to work: 
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\HTMLHelp\1.x\ItssRestrictions]
"MaxAllowedZone"=dword:00000001

Anyway in Windows 7 it does not work anymore. Error in IE9: "Die Navigation zu der Website wurde abgebrochen".

Any ideas?
