speed up filtering field from another table

hi all
my item ledger entry, I add another field which is using flowfield (lookup from ledger entry dimension)O
and it show for dimension 3 which is not available in table item ledger entry
because my customer's database is very huge, it is very slow to filter it
is there any idea how to speed up filtering the flowfield field?

If you go for speed, you'll have to add a normal field "Dimension 3" on the Item Ledger Entry table and populate that during posting. "Flowfields" and "speed" are usually two opposites.
