I am using NAV 2009 R2 build 32984 with 3-tier architecture.. When access RTC, suddenly, all user is getting error "Windows Login is locked by another user". How could this happen? How to solve this matter?

try to follow these steps to troubleshoot your issue:
1. did you recently do a restore this db?if so, did the restore completed succesfully?
2. if 1 is FALSE: are you able to connect to classic client?
3. if 2 is TRUE: what if you restart the nav server?
then come back and tell us the results

I did not try to open classic client, I just try to open RTC again and again until this issue is never happen again until now.
