Hi Guys
i have ecountered an error when trying open g/l balance by dimension report in RTC NAV 2009 sp1. Initally what happened was, i open the report, set date filters (which included a wrong date 31.04/11 mistakenly). i closed down the window, and now whenever i try to reopen this, i get an error message saying "31.04.11 is an invalid date". The filter has not reset itself ](*,)
i have tried to delete the personalizationstore file in the appdata folder to no avail....anyone able to shed some light?
Many thanks

there only 30 days in april. are you saying you can't get rid of the message?
Did you try to make a small change (move something) & then recomplie the report?0 -
Yep the date was entered as an error. The problem was only occuring for myself and not the other users within the workplace. i deleted the personalizationstore file, and table 2000000080 Page Data Personalization within the classic client and that managed to do the trick \:D/0
