I have been asked to research on this. But whenever I try to Google it, it comes up with random stuff. I dont even know what this means. Has anyone ever done anything similar to this that maybe able to guide me in the right direction. As to what material I should read to get a better under standing of this?

It's a free download from Microsoft. Nothing more ad-hoc and user friendly than that.
