Problem Conecting CRM in Nav 2009 with Outlook 2010

I trying to conect my CRM in Navision 2009 R2 wit outlook 2010, but when try to configure the e-mail logging profile to select outlook, sends me an error about " could not create an instance of the OLE control or Automation server identified by GUID={3FA7DEA7-6438-101B-ACC1-00AA00423326} 1.21 {3FA7DEB3-6438-101B-ACC1-00AA00423326}: Microsoft CDO 1.21 Library.Sesion.
Check that the OLE control or automation server is correctly instales and registered.
