We have difficulty in solving the error below, so this error occurs when sending the request for approval "Purchase Order"
The SMTP mail system returned the following error: (0x80040211):
The message could not be sent to the SMTP server. The transport error code was 0x800CCC15. The server response was not available..
This error was due to the fact that the solution we use Network Load Balance, Afinity by IP. However there are four virtual machines, which are three and a Aplication NAV for SQL Server.
I ask for your support, now has an impact on production, note that in the Classic environment works without error, whereas in the RTC gives us the error. Because this will be directed to a single server I mean the Classic.

I am having the same exact error with the difference that sending MAIL through the SMTP setup existent works with other functions/CU (ex: Job approvals) but with purchase orders when using the automation for Microsoft Navision Mail it doesnt work.
Please help.
