Consolidate BalanceSheet of two or more company or branches

Hi Experts,
A company has its three different branches,these branches are work separately but company want a consolidate Balancesheet of after the year end,how can i do it?

What do you mean they work seprately? Do they have separate database or they have different company but single database?
Anyhow you need to use Consolidation Module to have common Balance Sheet.CA Sandeep Singla

Consolidation means combining the financial statements of two or more separatecompanies (subsidiaries / Business units ) into a consolidated financial statement.Each individual company involved in a consolidation is called a “business unit.” The combined company is called the consolidated company and is usually a company set up for only this purpose. This Consolidation Company does not contain normail transactions like other companies.
In this process you need to export the General ledger entries of every G/L account on a specific date of all subsidiaries /Business units . Then import those general ledger entries in to Consolidation company . System will place those G/L entries as a single entry in the consolidation company.
Financial Management - > Periodic Activities - > Consolidation - > Business units.
