Disable Workdate from RTC

How disable the Work date in RTC,
Is there any roles to hide the Work date.
Please reply if any solution.

But when I test, its allow me to change...

It allows you to change but within 3 sec the workdate is changed back to TODAY..

yeah..its not showing at the bottom of the RTC but when you enter Workdate (w) in any of date field its taking the today only..
check that..

What exactly you mean by not working?

Did you try as I said by inserting w in any date field also?

I had made the Codeunit as you provide me.
Call that Codeunit in Application Codeunit in Loginstart function.
Relogin the navision & chabge the workdate & I have tested it.

I hope I follow the right steps!!!!

And if you are working with a boolean in UserSetup table make sure that it has right value..
