Implications of changing Inventory Account

Hi

We have a running NAV & LS Retail system and currently we have only one Inventory account and each store (location) is referred as Dimension to track the value per store in COA.

But this dimension is causing too many confusions and hence we want to create a seperate inventory account per store (Location)....Its a system which is been implemented for past 2 years...

Now as we create seperate Inventory account per location in COA, we have to do the same as Inventory Adjustment account..What else accounts needs to be taken care while doing this process?

Also what will be the implications in doing this change??? Please let us know the expert advice....
