Have you restarted the sql server?
Are you using any stored procedures in this process on the sql server?

Hi suvidhab_s,
after a little bit more of research I found and interesting link for you:
http://connect.microsoft.com/SQLServer/ ... e-1-line-1
Looks like a sql error with database names with non latin characters. Maybe this could help you to locate the problem.
Keep me up to date please.
Regards,
egnaz
