Installed Business Notification but unable to send mails

Hi All,
I am having problem in Business Notifications. I Installed BN notifications successfully. Codeunit "8000 - Business Notification Mgt." is triggered when i changes the status of Production BOM to Certified. But no mails are delivered. There are no events logged in Event Viewer Log. Can anyone tell me the reason where i went wrong.
