Error opening PDF file in Interaction Log Entries

When opening a PDF file in Interaction Log Entries, I get an error when there is allready another PDF file opened in Windows.
If I open an Interaction Log Entry PDF file while there is NO other PDF opened, I don't get an error.
The error is the following:
There was an error opening this document. This file cannot be found.
It looks like the error shows up in the other PDF file 'session'.
You guys have any clou where to look?
