User Personalization for no-domain RTC User

Dear Sir,
Three Systems (A,B,C) are parallely connected thru LAN. Domain configured in one(A) of them and B,C is not associated with that Domain. A,C can access the B thru RTC(Nav 2009 R2) but at the same time cannot access thru Classic Client with Windows authentication.
Also configuration of User Personalization is not possible for the user of A,C.
Kindly help me to do this.
