Stop Changing of Column Location on Form

Is there a way to stop the user from changing the column location on a form?
I have a list form that has the columns in a specific tab order.(It is a form that works without a mouse) How can I protect the tab order?

Not possible on the classic client.

It is possible, but its a bit complex, and not a good solution. Better is to train the users.

There is a system permission (View - Design System) which can block user to change any layout (show/hide/move columns) but it will be applicable for complete application.

Since the form is a one form usage in the factory for data entry. I will try ssingla's permissions idea.
