Item, Extended text error in RTC

Hi,
I'm receiving an error in RTC when trying to add an Extended Text to an Item.
Steps: Items (or Item card)->Related Information->Item->Extended Text. When I try to add text it gives me an error: 'The Extended Text Header does not exist'.
In classic everything works fine.
Any ideas?
