Production Order Planning

User runs 1st level of production order planning. 4 lines are calculated. User clicks Make orders. System asks: Active order, Active Line & All Lines. If User selects Active order or Active line, Orders are made. But, if user selects all lines, The system throws an errors every time "Please select supply from requisition line 20000 (these numbers keep changing every time we run)" despite the fact user has selected the vendor for all purchase items in Production order planning list.
