Extra Report Page Breaks on One System

bhalpinbhalpin Member Posts: 309
Hi.

A custom report (2009R2) prints fine on several systems (some Win 7, some XP), but on one system the same document has a page-break where it shouldn't. The default printer on that system is the same as on the rest, so I'm stumped as to the cause.

Any pointers on what other system factors may cause this?

Thanks in advance!

Hopefully it's one of these easy issues:

Try to delete the printer and re-add, update the drivers as well.
I would also wonder if there's a printer setting that is telling it to use an odd size paper?
Is the user set up to use a different printer in form 64 Printer Selections?
Try to login to the computer with different credentials and print. If it prints fine, I suspect a ZUP file issue.
    Any filters being set differently?
Try sending the report to a different printer... what do you get?

Also check whether the user has configured the printout differently by using [File/Page Setup...] when the request form is on screen.

Hi, and thanks for the response and suggestions.

I'll convey them to the client and post whatever I find is the solution. (Assuming the client tries them, of course.)
