Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step 2010

Hello everyone,
I have installed Microsoft Dynamics Sure Step 2010 in my PC, and succesfully installed.
But when i try to open, it crashes or whatever and displays me an error like see attachment, i also have included the event viewer:
I am using Windows 7, version Enterprise (64 bit operating system).
Maybe some one had this experience before.
