Problem on report and printer selection

Hello,

we have a problem with reports using NAV2009 R2 Classic. We have change the citrix servers and now, we cannot open several reports. When we try to run the reports, the system seems to search for something without success. Even after several minutes, the request form does not open (cannot acces the design too). Moreover, we have the same problem when trying to open Printer selection table. Therefore, when we call the database from an other server, we have no problems. So i think the problem comes from printers on the citrix server but i don't know why and how to fix. It seems to be well setup.

If someone has an idea to help... Thanks by advance.
