Yes, we'll have to do that. We were just saving it as HTML and emailing it and it used to work, but something changed in the last few days and now we can't do that anymore.

The reason your image is Xed out, is that when sending email your image should reference an HTML address. For example, the code for your image should be something like http://www.mycompany.com/images/companylogo.gif. A little difficult to do in Navision - so the PDF idea is a great one. We have used PDF995.com for this purpose many a time.

Pdf995 is cheap but in my opinion a pain to implement. Use a pdfwriter like edocprinter or pdfmailer. They scan the document for embedded command (emailaddress, faxnumber, etc). We created a solution with these writers.
