Lookup In Page Card

Good Morning all, i have a problem in item page card.
I'v added a custom field named("Sottogruppo Merceologico") and set the table relation property with the name of the table ("Sottogruppo Merceologico" this table have 2 field: Code, Description)

In the propety of the new table i've set LookupFormID with name of page list associated to the table (Sottogruppi Merceoligici List)

In the Item page card i see only the code field when i look up the field Sottogruppo Merceologico

use DropDown in Name field..
