Report from Sales Analysis by Dimension

Hello,
Report generated thru Sales Analysis by dimension(form 7158), the values are coming alright at form level. When it's export to excel, a pivot table is generated in excel. It's OK here.
When I was analysing it by choosing pivot table field by cust, item,month,sales amount and qunantity, all values are appearing but quantity line only the first line of item has value which means qty value not appaering for other lines in case of multiple sales line transactions / order / customer.
Why is it so? Any solution for this?
