I have used qodbc to pull data from QuickBooks. You could check if it is compatible qith QB Enterprise.
You can download a trial version from their website: qodbc.com
I pulled all the data via MS Access into SQL Server.

well you don't need that tool then if you can pull QB data into access or excel.
Then from access & excel you can import into nav.

qodbc pulls all the tables and fields - which gives you all the hidden data and changes.
I found it more useful to get everything.
For $149, it is a great value.

I think it should be a great add-on/service.
Next one is a tool to go from Epicore to NAV...
